Subscriptions & Memberships

We offer three membership tiers with different benefits:

  • Basic Maker: 5 downloads/month + 20% discount on additional purchases.
  • Enthusiast: 12 downloads/month + 30% discount on additional purchases.
  • Pro Creator: 30 downloads/month + 50% discount on additional purchases.

Each month, you’ll receive a number of credits to use for downloading STL files.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. You’ll continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Unused credits, however, will not be refunded.

No, unused downloads do not carry over. If you don’t use your credits during the current month, they will expire when your subscription renews.

If you use all your credits, you can still purchase STL files individually with the discount associated with your membership plan.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account. The changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

STL File Downloads & Usage

If you have an active membership, simply go to the model and click “Download for Free.” If you don’t have a membership or you’ve used all your credits, you can add it to your cart and purchase it individually.

The models are downloaded in a compressed (.rar) file. To open it, you’ll need software like WinRAR or 7-Zip—both are free.

You can access your downloads from My Account > Downloads.

If you’re on the Pro Creator plan, you may sell physical 3D prints of the models while your membership is active. However, selling, sharing, or distributing the digital STL files is strictly prohibited.

If you cancel your subscription, you must stop selling printed models, as the commercial license is only valid while you’re an active Pro Creator member.

If you’re having issues, try the following:

  • Make sure you have available credits or that your purchase was completed successfully.
  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
  • If the problem continues, contact us via email and we’ll assist you.

Payment Methods & Billing

We accept payments through Stripe, which supports credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Go to My Account > Update Payment Method to change your card details. To manage your subscription, go to My Account > Subscriptions.

Yes, you can download your invoice from My Account > Orders.

Yes, all transactions are processed through Stripe—one of the most secure and trusted payment platforms.

No. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Before making a purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing the model description to ensure it meets your needs. If you have an issue with a file or download, contact us by email and we’ll do our best to help.
